Summary
Objective:To determine banned (by rules) pharmaceutical substances in antirheumatic jamu.)
Methods:Evaluation of forbidden  pharmaceutic ingredients into jamu has been transported out by using the colour reaction, thin layer chromatography and densitometry. Colour reactions integrated organoleptic, solubility check and the colour reaction, TLC using a stationary stage of silica solution GF 254 and a mobile phase of chloroform; acetone (80:20) had been then assessed with a densitometer.

Outcomes:Discovered from 7 herbal anti-rheumatic known in the market, three of which were synthetic substances including paracetamol and dexamethasone upgrades on one of them.Â
Bottom line: Testosterone levelshere has been a synthetic medication that had been added to the herbal medicine specifically jamu marketed in the neighborhood The acquired results suggest that the specialists more intensively to monitor the produce and submission of jamu and organic medicinesÂ
